In full compliance with Google Play Store's Account Deletion Policy and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
Option 1: Delete Directly Inside the App (Instant)
If you have the Cloud Business Partner app installed on your device, you can delete your account immediately:
- 1 Open the Cloud Business Partner app.
- 2 Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- 3 Scroll down to the Account Settings section.
- 4 Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
Your authentication credentials and access will be revoked immediately.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request (Without Reinstalling App)
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit an online deletion request directly from this web page:

Processing Timeline
Once your email request is received and verified, our team will process the complete deletion within 30 calendar days. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address upon final purge.
