Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cloud Business Partner mobile application (com.cloudbusinesspartner.app) and website (cloudbusinesspartner.com). By registering an account or browsing deals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Strict Age Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian and international law. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

2. Founder Verification & KYC Standards

Founders, investors, and turnaround specialists represent that all credentials, identification documents, and business metrics submitted (including PAN, Aadhaar last-4, GSTIN, CIN, MSME/Udyam certificates) are accurate, valid, and belong to them. Misrepresentation or submission of forged documents will result in immediate permanent banning and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality in Deal Rooms

All discussions, presentations, audio notes, and documents exchanged within private Deal Rooms and Secret Rooms are deemed strictly proprietary and protected under mutual non-disclosure covenants. Counterparties agree never to distribute, disclose, reverse engineer, or exploit any confidential business pitch or model without prior written consent from the disclosing party.

4. Memberships, Billing & Razorpay Payments

Certain premium features (such as Pro Founder and Ultra Investor tiers) are billed on a recurring or subscription basis via our RBI-authorized payment partner, Razorpay. All fees, taxes, and validity terms are displayed transparently before payment confirmation. Transactions are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Invoices are generated in compliance with Indian GST regulations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree strictly not to:

• Publish fabricated financial metrics, unauthorized intellectual property, or fictitious business turnover.
• Solicit off-platform unvetted financial advances or run unauthorized investment schemes.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to siphon marketplace listings.
• Harass, abuse, spam, or defame other founders, partners, or turnaround professionals.

6. Regulatory Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Cloud Business Partner operates solely as a technology platform facilitating discovery and direct communication between independent business professionals. We do not act as a SEBI-registered broker, merchant banker, investment advisor, or custodian escrow. Any equity investment, co-founder partnership, asset purchase, or loan is strictly at the mutual discretion and risk of the participating parties. Users are strongly urged to conduct independent legal, financial, and technical due diligence before entering into any transaction.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or online via our Account Deletion Page. Upon deletion, your personal data and listings will be permanently purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
